Your Housing Patch Manager (HPM) is your dedicated local contact. Each HPM looks after between 400 and 800 homes.
Your HPM is there if you have a concern about something or someone on your estate. HPMs deal with anti-social behaviour, harassment and neighbour disputes. They also take part in estate inspections.
They work closely with the police, the city council, local tenants’ and residents’ associations and others to improve the quality of life in your street and your community.
