Repairs Service Standards
Since March 2020 when the lockdown began we have been unable to run our repairs service to full capacity and have prioritised emergency repairs. During this period we've carried out 12,000 emergency repairs.
We have introduced a set of temporary repairs and maintenance service standards to make sure that we are still delivering the best service we can for our residents during this difficult time.
You can read more about how we are managing different types or repairs, appointments and which repairs are your responsibility by clicking the links below:
We would like your views on the changes we made! Once you have taken the time to familiarise yourself with our set of temporary repairs and maintenance service standards, then let us know your thoughts here.
A note on safety
Our staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate, and will ask you to stay two meters away while they undertake your repairs. In some cases, they will ask that you go to a separate room while they’re there, to keep risk to a minimum.
If you are shielding or self-isolating please let us know by calling us on 0115 915 2222, and we’ll rearrange your appointment.
