Wherever possible, we'll offer you the following appointment time slots for you to choose from for all emergency and priority repairs:
Monday to Friday
- Morning, 8am to 12.30pm
- Afternoon, 12.30pm to 6pm
- Evening, 4.30pm to 6pm
- School run, 9.30am to 2.30pm
- All day, 8am to 6pm
You can report a repair 24 hours a day, 365 days a year by calling 0115 915 2222.
We'll send you an appointment reminder by text (if we have your mobile phone number), and we'll call you when we're on our way.
You must be in at the appointment time agreed with us. As part of our Responsible Tenant Reward, your £100 could be at risk if you're not in. If the appointment time is inconvenient, you can always contact us to rearrange.
