We’ve carried out research to understand the impact that improvements we’ve made to our homes have had on both tenants and on the wider community.
Between 2010 and 2012, we carried out a study with experts from Nottingham Trent University's Business School and we continue to measure the wider social, economic and environmental impacts of our planned improvement programme.
The research shows that housing improvements help create sustainable communities, improve health and wellbeing, generate good growth, and help the environment. You can find out more in the following reports:
