NCH Group

The Nottingham City Homes Group Limited (NCH) is a wholly owned Nottingham City Council (NCC) company originally established by NCC to manage NCC’s social housing portfolio. NCC is also a key stakeholder and principal sole lender

The Group comprises three corporate entities: Nottingham City Homes Limited, the parent Company,  Nottingham City Homes Registered Provider Limited (NCH RP) and Nottingham City Homes Enterprises Limited (NCH EL).

NCHRP provides affordable rent homes and temporary accommodation and a market rent offer via a commercial subsidiary NCHEL, together the NCH Group remaining under the ownership of NCC.
