Creating homes and places where people want to live

Nottingham in Tier 3 restrictions

Nottingham and Nottinghamshire are now in Tier 3 (Very High) restrictions for coronavirus. These measures came into force at 00:01am on Friday 30 October.

Tighter rules are needed because cases of the virus are increasing in the city and more people are being admitted to hospital.

We have to do more to keep each other safe – and we have to act now. Following these new rules will help to save lives.

You can read more about what this means on the Nottingham City Council website.

Our priority remains to keep you safe

We’re minimising home visits to avoid spreading the virus. All our offices are closed to the public.

We will continue to offer a repairs service and you can report routine repairs online. You must report emergency repairs by calling us on 0115 915 2222

If we do need to come to your home we will maintain social distancing. We will ask you if you are self-isolating or displaying symptoms before coming into your home. Where it is needed our visiting staff have been provided with protective equipment to keep both you and them safe.

We will continue to provide local support. Where necessary, we can still arrange face-to-face appointments and home visits, with social distancing observed. If you want to contact us about a tenancy or estate management issue please call us on 0115 746 9555 or email your local housing office team.
