Last summer we asked partner organisations, residents and a wide range of interested parties to help us shape our new Corporate Plan.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to send us your views. This has helped us draft a Plan that clearly sets out our direction for the future.
We know from the comments we received how important a decent home is, as a secure foundation for so much more in life. We also know that the links we make with other partners to improve lives on our estates are equally important.
The feedback we received demonstrated how much people value the work we do, and the importance of doing it to a high standard. There is strong support for us to do even more, to be innovative, to build more housing, and continue to find ways to help residents with the challenges they face.
Our recent achievements include building more than 400 new homes, we've achieved record levels of customer satisfaction, and set up housing association and market rented subsidiaries that provide more affordable rented homes in Nottingham.
We are ambitious to do more. Our draft priorities for next three years are:
- To listen to our tenants and deliver an excellent housing service
- To make all our estates great places to live
- To build high quality, affordable new homes for local people
- To diversify our services, re-investing in our communities
- To be a great place to work
We are keen to know if we have got this right, please let us know what you think.
A copy of the draft of the Plan can be downloaded here.
Please let us know by the end of Wednesday 28 February any thoughts you have on this draft. You can do this by email.
The final version of the Corporate Plan will be published at the end of March.
