Repairs Service Standards


Due to coronavirus, we have suspended our usual service standards. We will return to them as soon as it’s safe to do.

Since March 2020 when the lockdown began, have continued to provide an emergency repairs service. This will carry on until we’re able to resume normal services.

We’ve also encouraged residents to report repairs to us, including non-emergency repairs that we can’t do at the moment. We’re recording all reported repairs, and we’ll complete them when it is safe to do so.

Our staff will wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as appropriate, and will ask you to keep to the recommended social distance while they undertake your repairs. In some cases, they will ask that you go to a separate room while they’re there, to keep risk to a minimum.
