Getting involved

How you can get involved in decisions about your housing service.

Involving tenants and leaseholders in housing service improvements is vital to our success. You can get involved in how we provide services so we can be sure we are delivering a service which meets your needs.

There are lots of different ways to get involved and you can spend as much or as little time as you like with us.

Easy ways to get involved

You can:

• Read our tenant newsletter called News from Nottingham City Homes to find out what's going on in your area and across the city
• Find lots of information on this website
• Go to an estate surgery where you can meet us, Nottingham City Council and police. Surgeries are held in local community centres, housing offices and other venues
• Be one of our Home panel members. We will send you a survey or questionnaire which you can fill in at home and send back to us in a freepost envelope.
• Take part in a telephone or doorstep survey
• Write to us or send us an e-mail

September is Get Involved Month

There are lots of extra activities on our calendar These are the main ones but there are lots more....

• celebrating Eid
• find out how to become a Tenant Services Inspector
• come to a young person's drop-in session
• try a cycle taster session,
• come to the Big Coffee Morning helping Macmillan Cancer Support
• learn photography
• various training sessions such as mental ill health awareness and celebrating Black History Month.
