Nottingham City Homes manages around 29,000 council homes across Nottingham. Our mission is to deliver excellent services. Our vision is to create places where people want to live.
We provide council tenants with services including:
- Repairs
- Allocations and lettings
- Fighting anti-social behaviour
- Advice and guidance on rent
- Advice on dealing with debt
- Tenant involvement
Nottingham City Homes manages Nottingham City Council's rented and leasehold homes. We are now working hard towards bringing Nottingham's council houses up to the Government's Decent Homes standard by 2013.
Some £20 notes no longer legal tender from 30th June 2010
You will not be able to spend £20 notes with Edward Elgar on the back at usual shops and retailers after 30th June 2010. Find out what to do with your old £20 notes.
Changes to some of our housing offices
During July 2010, the Lenton and Bilborough housing offices shut and payment desks at Bestwood, St Anns and Aspley will close. For further details, please go to our section on 'Housing offices'.
