At Nottingham City Homes, we want to make sure that we are providing a service that meets your needs.
We do this in a number of ways. For example, we have a Compliments, Comments and Complaints procedure. We also want to give you advice and support on related issues that we do not deal with ourselves.
Contact your housing office for the name of your housing patch manager. We have a network of them who cover every street in your community. They can help you with all sorts of neighbourhood issues such as anti-social behaviour and tenancy matters. We also have specific rents patch manages who can help if you have any problems with paying your rent and arrears.
The agencies listed in the 'paying your rent' section will also be able to give you help on most aspects of housing as well.
