Creating homes and places where people want to live

Recruitment of corporate directors

Thank you for your interest in Nottingham City Homes. In 2018, we were named Landlord of the Year at the UK Housing Awards, largely because of our ethos of putting our residents at the heart of all we do – but we were determined not to rest on our laurels. We’re still always looking for ways to improve.

Now, together with the rest of the country, we’re emerging from the global pandemic and tackling the challenges arising from the lockdown period. Our response to the crisis has re-emphasised just how important our services are, and how much we are valued by our residents.

We’re looking to the future, at how we can continue to improve, and how we can rise to the challenges we know lie ahead of us. And we need exceptional people to play a key role in leading NCH forward. We want people whose track record evidences their ability to lead, manage and influence, and who can encourage and nurture a positive workplace culture alongside leading the delivery of outstanding services. Find out more below - starting with a short introduction to Nottingham City Homes from Chief Executive Nick Murphy, and some of our staff talking about why they enjoy working for us.
