Creating homes and places where people want to live

Letting homes during the outbreak

We're following government guidance and currently only letting properties where it is essential for people to move. This includes:

  • supporting victims of domestic abuse and people fleeing other forms of violence
  • moving people from temporary accommodation
  • supporting a patients discharge from hospital to free-up bed space for others requiring care
  • helping those who are living in unsafe accommodation, or without settled accommodation, which poses a risk to their health.

If you have had an offer of a home, and do not fall into any of the groups listed above, the HomeLink team be in contact with you once restrictions have lifted to arrange for you to move to your new home.
