Maintenance and repairs
We are continuing to prioritise emergency repairs – you can find out more here. We're starting to look at how best to safely carry out routine as well as essential repairs. We are starting with external works and works to empty properties.
Gas safety checks
We have continued to carry out annual gas safety checks throughout the lockdown. There’s more information here.
Your safety is our number one priority, so it’s important that we keep all our buildings safe. We are continuing to carry out all necessary safety checks, wearing PPE as appropriate.
